Creme De La Creme
I had the most distinguished honor to create goodies galore for my Parish's group of Lovely Littles that were taking their first Holy Communion! In my mind this has got to be the "creme de la creme' of baking experiences. I had a tall order, of over 600 items to serve,.. but I did it! It was a lot of fun, and am very thankful for the experience!

Shimmer with Love
I love making handmade truffles. There is something very rewarding about creating something not only beautiful but delicious. Even better,.. the expressions you receive once you hand over a box of these,..priceless!

Sweet Nothings
Truffles are my biggest weakness,.. so if I have them sitting around it is bad news bears for those "skinny" jeans, because I might eat 'em all up! Yummm.
I make many different kinds.
Double Chocolate Cookie
Double Double Dark
Dark / White Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry
Decoration and colors.... the sky is the limit
Here is a sample

Blue Christmas!
Well not blue 'cause we are sad,..even though I really do wish it lasted a bit longer.
Rather Blue because when the snow twinkles and dance about it makes you feel a sort of "icy~blue"
and that is what I created for a Friend's Office.
We have the ever popular and super tasty Shortbread Snowflakes
Silver and Gold Dark Chocolate Truffles
Followed by Swiss Chocolate mini cakes, one with blue mint& vanilla butter cream, the other with a dark chocolate ganache
Each adorned with sparkling sugar covered white chocolate snowflakes and stars
Delicate, Dainty and of course Delicious!

Truffels & Treats
I enjoy making all kinds of tasty treats, and sometimes people will ask me to make these for them. I also get excited to try something new and like to pass off the extras so my waistline stays the same. Here are a few of them,....
