Blue Christmas!

Well not blue 'cause we are sad,..even though I really do wish it lasted a bit longer.
Rather Blue because when the snow twinkles and dance about it makes you feel a sort of "icy~blue"
and that is what I created for a Friend's Office.

We have the ever popular and super tasty Shortbread Snowflakes
Silver and Gold Dark Chocolate Truffles
Followed by Swiss Chocolate mini cakes, one with blue mint& vanilla butter cream, the other with a dark chocolate ganache
Each adorned with sparkling sugar covered white chocolate snowflakes and stars

Delicate, Dainty and of course Delicious!

I Love Snow, I Love Winter, and I Love These Snowflake cookies! I am not sure what it is about the icy blues and and the twinkling sugars but they just make my heart sing,.. I love all that glitters, glimmers and sparkles and I think that might be Why I Love making snowflake Cookies! So If you are Not in the Christmas Spirit yet, put your chair a lil' closer and try not to lick the computer screen because these are almost toooo yummy to eat (more like admire, then devour!).
