Blue Christmas!

Well not blue 'cause we are sad,..even though I really do wish it lasted a bit longer.
Rather Blue because when the snow twinkles and dance about it makes you feel a sort of "icy~blue"
and that is what I created for a Friend's Office.

We have the ever popular and super tasty Shortbread Snowflakes
Silver and Gold Dark Chocolate Truffles
Followed by Swiss Chocolate mini cakes, one with blue mint& vanilla butter cream, the other with a dark chocolate ganache
Each adorned with sparkling sugar covered white chocolate snowflakes and stars

Delicate, Dainty and of course Delicious!

We Have here A Peppermint Mocha w/candy cane and chocolate drizzle
Dark Chocolate Christmas, Chocolate Cake with 60% Dk chocolate ganache
and,.. Peppermint Twist, white cake with vanilla and peppermint butter cream
