Mini Wedding Cake

When I was called out and asked to make a wedding cake for a 50th anniversary I was like,..uh,.. ewwww. Maybe it is because I am a perfectionist. or something,.. but it was for someone I knew through (PTA) so I agreed,... and this is the result, maybe I could be validated

Fondant Cakes

Not something I do often, but something I have done. I enjoy working with fondant just because it is a lil like adult play doh. Plus there are many magical things you can create with fondant, butter cream and cake... and here are a few of my creations.
